This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the smartagr.ru website, where this Policy is posted, may receive about the User, as well as any content and products placed on it.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable law.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User undertakes to:
6.1.1. Provide accurate and truthful information about personal data required to use the website;
6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data in case of changes;
6.1.3. Take measures to protect access to their confidential data stored on the website.
6.2. The Website Administration of smartagr.ru undertakes to:
6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. Not disclose the User's personal data, except in cases specified in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects during the verification period, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration of smartagr.ru is liable for intentional disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with applicable law (Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006), except as provided in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration;
7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to website files;
7.2.4. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the smartagr.ru website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. The Website Administration may also notify the User about changes via Email.
